Pre-consumer cotton waste is collected during the production of yarn, fabrics, and textile products such as selvage from weaving and fabric remnants from factory cutting rooms
After pre-consumer cotton products are collected, these are manually sorted into reusable and disposal groups and as per colour and composition.
Sorted textile waste is torn into smaller pieces and pulled apart into fibers, which are then spun back into yarn (Recycled yarn) .
Often, recycled cotton has a shorter fiber length. So, it is blended with carrier fibers, like virgin or organic cotton, or post consumer polyester, to create a higher-quality output. It is also blended to match the required shade.
The recycled blended fiber is then spun into yarn ( Recycled yarn)
As per customers' requirements, Recycled yarn is twisted to create different patterns and colour combinations.
Recycled fabric is produced using recycled yarn and delivered to our customers to make vide variety of products.
The recycled fabrics can then be used to create new clothing or other textile products.
